Anyhow, here are the settings I use. They tone down the font rendering boldness so that your fonts aren't "over-rendered" any more

Just paste the following into gdi++.ini in your gdi++ folder. If the file doesnt already exist, just create a text file, paste the same info into the text file, and rename it to gdi++.ini
