Reboot - Update 12.4

Another update. Decided to use darker colors. Still trying to work out the default active/hover/pressed colors for the taskbar/app launcher. Still trying to get the window right. Right now I think the window is too far removed from the top bar and it doesn't seem particularly cohesive. I'd like to avoid doing a dark window scheme if possible (just because it's much more difficult to implement and has lots of usability issues).

Anyway, just an update. There will be more to come soon (after FINALS ARE OVER WHOOOO!!)
