Customization / Desktop Screenshots / Unix & Linux

Finally made the switch to linux (in class we started learning about BASH and the unix command line and going through PuTTY onto a linux server just wasn't cutting it for me on Windows).

LINUX IS SO COOL 8)

Running Ubuntu 10.10

My first linux shot ever. I wish I had switched over sooner because Linux is pretty sicknasty.

This setup is strictly work-only for me so I wanted something serious and professional (all xpmc-like).

I was using Ubuntu for a whole summer about 2 years ago because Windows wouldn't install on my laptop for some reason. I do want to get a netbook and have a Linux variation being the primary OS but for my music production needs, Windows is the way to go for me.

With all that said, I really like this shot. Looking forward to see what else you can do to make Linux your graphical beeyotch.
