Lovee the theme! Quick question, is there a way to make it so that like, lets say for IM programs, the windows in the taskbar flash?

Yep - there are a few lines of code you need to add under the xTaskbar section though. Something like:

xTaskbarShowFlashingState True
xTaskbarUseHoverFontSettings True
xTaskbarFlashingButtonPaintingMode .singlecolor
xTaskbarFlashingButtonColors #e30010

This will have the button flash red (#e30010) for IM programs and things like that
